I used an iPhone XS time lapse functionality to capture this video taking off from the Orlando airport at 4pm on 11/11/19. The top layer of clouds are cirrus clouds, and the lower layer are cumulus clouds.
The skew-t graph was measured in Cape Kennedy, which is about an hour away from Orlando, FL. It is clear from the close proximity of the lines, that there were several different layers of clouds. From the video, at least two separate cloud layers are apparent. The CAPE value indicates a slight instability in the atmosphere.

The sun reflecting off of the water is really beautiful, and added to the quality of the video.

I like how you captured the clouds from the side. We don’t usually see them them in detail like this. Well done!

I love the turns of the plane captured in the time-lapse. It gives the clouds a nice isometric view which includes all of the texture.

I really enjoyed the time-lapse, it makes it seem like we’re zooming through the clouds.

I think the video going through the clouds is extremely effective. Beautifully done.
