I like the composition of this. Good coloring, funny how sometimes you find your projects for things like this in places where you’re not looking for it. Cool to see the flow frozen onto the plate. The white whites are nice, but perhaps it’s a little oversaturated.

    1. Artistically wonderful and beautiful. I’d hang this on my wall.
    2. The flow is very creative and well demonstrated.
    3. The photographic technique is fantastic with a wonderful color and contrast range.

I tried doing this type of experiment too! I love the way the color diffuses in this one

I noticed some of this effect when I was shooting my image as well, but your colors capture it much better! The focus looks slightly off, but the streaks of color still make a great affect. Whether intentional or not, the diagonal streaks add good artistic effect.

The colors make this image vibrant, it is hard to see some of the details but it is easy to identify the flow. Good job!

Cool colors and effect! Interesting that this image happened while cleaning up from the original experiment. Great job stopping and capturing this image. It looks a lot like modern art with the parallel flow toward the bottom right corner and use of multiple colors.

I like how you happened to stumble across this phenomena while cleaning up from the original experiment. The colors really work well together and makes this photo stand out. Great work!

Interesting use of colors. The central streak gives me the impression of a water color painting of a peacock feather. For my taste the saturation may have been pushed a bit too high, however.

The contrast in the image is vivid and differentiates the flows well. The color saturation seems a little high to the point that is overwhelms the image. The image may be out of focus toward the front and middle of the image or the blurriness could be due motion and a longer exposure time.

Nice image, the streaks are well done. The contrast between the red M&M’s and the white yogurt is excellent. However, in the future you might want to try and turn the ISO down, it appears to be causing some graininess in the upper left hand portion of the photo.

Really cool picture, I love the warm colors and streak effect. Flow is clearly seen and color loose mixing. Photo is a little blurry but still a very interesting pretty picture.

I like the streaking effect of the different colors from the dye. The flow highlights boundary layers as well as surface tension. Resolution could be higher or the focus could be better.

The product of this piece of art is an accident. However, it produced an interesting work of art. The colors contrast well with the background. The resolution is poor, but allows us to see the dispersion of the colors into the liquid.

Art: The color contrast between the background and the color streaking is beautiful.
Flow: The flow is not quickly understandable and recognized, but the streaking from each of the droplets gives this piece a very unique and interesting aesthetic.
Photographic technique: The focus of the color streaks could be a bit sharper.

I like how this photo gives the feel of a painting. The photo could use a sharper focus to really help the image pop.

Looks like an abstract painting! I like it a lot. The colors are pleasing, the focus is just a little bit off though. Cool effect.

    – Interesting color effects, the streaks add a interesting effect.
    – The yellow seems a bit distracting from the other colors.
    – Reminds me of colorful comets going through space.

Interesting picture. Some of the details are sort of hard to see. It does seem very saturated. That can be changed though! Cool picture.

Fascinating image, the colors are quite vibrant and clear. Well done with camera settings, good focus and shutter speed. One thing in the future though, the top of the image is a bit too bright, distracting from the rest of the flows.

interesting interpretation of flow. I think that you should try and get a little higher resolution image next time. The saturation is pretty intense .

The dye looks like it is moving really fast and I like that. The colors work well together and I like how the white background brightens the image. The resolution isn’t amazing, but I imagine that is due to the projector/posting quality.
