The top half of the image has good contrast, but the bottom is a bit dark which makes it hard to tell what is going on throughout the whole image. This would be a perfect place to use an HDR image.

Interesting image, I wonder if you could get better clarity and more information from reducing shadows.

Very nice and simple cloud photo. Crisp focus and good color. I like the natural look of the image. Isnt overly edited

I really like how long these clouds are, they span the entire image. They’re also developed. But my favorite part of this image is the coloring. It’s very subtle, but the little bit of orange on the bottom and the blue sky really pop against the mostly gray-scale image. There is no question that the clouds are the focus of the image but the mountains assume a location. Great work!

Great details captured. Some detail is lost in the darker part of the image. I like the splash of pink in the middle there, it would be cool if that was more prevalent.

Great depth of field. The colors on the bottom could have been brightened up a little bit, but the contrast in the clouds is nice.

Very nice representation of the range of clouds in the picture. Perhaps bumping up the brightness a hair would help to show some of the detail of the dark, stormy clouds at the bottom without blowing out the brighter clouds at the top. Still a nice photo that shows the fluid dynamics going on.

The dark theme adds to this image, however it is a little difficult to see some of the details near the mountains. I enjoy the contrast from the bright blue and dark

A little too much contrast between the top and bottom of the frame but there are some great colors/details here. A little more editing would make this a stunning image.

The photo seems very dark and mellow. The clouds do not show much contrast but it might be what you wanted. Rain clouds.

Art: The contrast between the bright sky on the top with the dark storm clouds on the bottom is great.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and easily recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus of the clouds is done well, the exposure to the colors and dark tones in the storm clouds could be a little more well defined.

I really like the colors in your photo. The clouds in the very back peaking over the mountains add an extra element to the photo.

Love the erie bottom’s contrast with the bright top. The black mountains on the bottom also add a lot of beautiful appeal. Great work on this image.

Interesting image, dark and almost scary looking. It is a bit hard to see some of the detail. I like the little bit of color in the image.

Easy to see the direction the clouds are heading. The different colored clouds in the background are a nice feature. Great contrast from the top right down to the bottom left.

The contrast you have captured is really impressive, I particularly like the depth of field, and I feel like everything within the image balances it well.

I enjoy the effect created going from the top to bottom of the image, one of happy blue sky sunny day down to darkness overtaking the land. I feel like the mountain silhouette distracts a little from the rest of the image. Also the few lit clouds beneath the dark ones results in a nice contrast.

    – Clear photo and good use of the CAPE in the skew T diagrams.
    – The orange in the back makes the photo stand out a little more.
    – It is interesting to see the formation from dark clouds to light.
