I love the different shapes present in the flow. It would be interesting to see this with a color inversion in post processing.

This is a really cool effect. I love how the flow is really bright and contrasts well from the background.

I think for the final product it should of maybe of been less saturated?

Very nice up-close of the smoke swirling in the turbulent air. Overall, nice contrast and brightness.

This image is really great since you can really see the flow of the smoke so well. The solid green color makes the feel a little different than if it were the natural smoke color.

Stephen, this is a really cool photo. I think graininess could be improved, but I like the Hi-Tec aesthetic. One can clearly see the swirls. How did you get the laser sheet?

The image has a lot going on in it lending it a nice aesthetic, however the it is quite granular which detracts from it a bit.

The color is really pretty and the contrast is great. The flow is beautiful and captured really well.
Maybe adjust the focus a little bit?

The green color on the dark background makes for a really cool color contrast. Cool experiment and interesting picture.

This is a nice technique for visualizing flow. It might be useful to create a quasi 2-D flow so that flow features aren’t obscured.

This is an interesting image. The color is great, but the quality could definitely be improved. The flow if the smoke is very interesting.

This looks neat. The focus is a little off. The flow is interesting.

This is a really unique image, the swirls are very distinct and the focus is great! The physics of the flow are very distinct!

The color is pretty intense, and the laser sheet adds a lot of detail for the flow!

Know what’s in your image. What flow did you want us to focus on?

Really cool fliud flow, may have been good as a video. It looks somewhat grainy, maybe too much post processing. Good color and exposure.

The swirls in the fog are very cool. The detail you captured is really nice and the focus is perfect. I like the cropping in the image as well.

This is a really cool effect, I love how the flow is visualized. I probably would have turned the saturation down a bit.

The swirls are very interesting. I’m not sure if the graininess is from the focus being a bit off or from the laser itself

I like how the various shades of green indicate the depth of the smoke. This is captured very well.
