I love the road sign in, I think it adds a lot. This photo is tricky because you want to raise the reds, but that would blow out the foreground, but that prevents you from showing off the sunset! I think you struck a good balance.
Cool image, and like I mentioned I think this picture would look especially cool when viewed on a phone becuase of the orientation. If possible I would see what happens if you turn up the brightness just a tiny bit for the foreground.
I think if you cropped the fire hydrant out (but kept the sign in) it would almost add to the foreground framing the clouds but with less distracting elements. Great image!
I really like how the central part of this photo is framed by the mountains and trees and street sign. To answer your question about the saturation, I like that the foreground is more highlighted because it acts like a frame for the clouds.

The images captures a lot of the different textures in the clouds and I like how the trees border the edge of the shot.

I like that you left the foreground in! With the way you framed the image it really compliments the cloud that you captured.
