This photo was taken on the CU Boulder campus above Farrand Hall on September 30, 2022 at 1:17 PM. The elevations where the dew point and temperature become close (~3500 m) as well as inspection of the cloud image itself, lead me to think they are a combination of altocumulus and stratocumulus clouds. The slopes of the isotherms and adiabatic temperature lines and the CAPE value being zero, show that the system is stable.

I really like the color in the photo. After seeing the original, the edited version looks very nice and vibrant. It reminds me of a cool fall day.

I like the framing and the centering of the clouds that you did. The color contrast between the light clouds and the dark trees/buildings is a cool effect. Also the variety in cloud types is pretty interesting.

I like the color grading you did and how it brings out the fall colors in the trees, I also like the layers or stripes of clouds

I love the framing that the trees create around the clouds. The banding of blue sky through the clouds really accents the white clouds.
I think your color correction is great and does not stand out, to answer your question.
