For our IV3, our group used the high-speed camera from the ITLL to document the Worthington-Jet phenomenon.

    I love the stillness and simplicity of this shot. I think it’s a little hard to see the water, but I think that’s because you used so much lighting. Not much you can do if you’re trying to get these types of shots.

    I like how clean and clear the Worthington Jet effect is, as well as the three really defined droplets that fly up after the marble drops in. The whole video is really clear and looks nice.

    I love how clean and satisfying the drop is. The lack of noise really highlights the phenomena.

    I like how clean this video is. The splash is so crisp and clear with the slow velocity round marble. The water seems to have no imperfections or surface turbulence.

    I think it’s really cool how you can see the marble being sucked back up as the Worthington jet forms before it sinks down to the bottom.

    I like how clean it is. The clean white background contrasting the orange marble draws the eye really well
