2025 Get Wet

This image shows the interaction of dyed vinegar, baking soda, and vegetable oil. The blue areas are from the food dye mixed into vinegar, while the bubbles formed from the carbon dioxide produced by the reaction between baking soda and vinegar. The oil creates a separation between the layers, resulting in distinct textures and vibrant contrasts.

The composition is super interesting with the repeating bubble patterns, and the gold-blue contrast works really well. You might try softening a few of the brightest specular highlights or boosting local contrast to bring out even more micro-detail. The underlying structure is really strong.
