I think this is a amazing example of flow visualization for both scientific and artistic reasons. The beauty of the image is in the colorful flames and the symmetry of the engines producing them. My appreciation of the image is enhanced by the knowledge of the raw power these engines have, the achievement their creation represents, and the scientific value of their function.

This is a very interesting way to see a rocket both in the view and the editing. I think that the focus on position and lighting for this picture really bring it together and it makes me think about how much material is actually flowing in this shot.
