A ribbon of paint falls through water as it begins to separate
This looks like a big string of taffy. The colors are so vivid and compliment each other well. The reflection on the top of the image is really cool (possible my favorite part).
Really extraordinary image. My only feedback is working on your lighting. you have done such a great way of capturing this cool flow, taking it that mile with regards with lighting would undoubtedly make this image professional quality.
Art: The contrast between the background and the paint is fantastic the black really accentuates the colors of the paint.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus and the depth of field used in this piece was perfect.
Nice experiment and interesting effect. The sharp focus and black background make this image. The path of the paint is not what I would have predicted.
This image is fantastic. The contrast and the bright colors are wonderful. You can really picture the flow and it looks as if it is just falling in space.
This image is simply stunning. The pitch black background contrasts beautifully against the vibrant colors of the paint. The focus and lighting are excellent, this is a magnificent image, well done.
I like the colors you chose for the paint and the lighting for the image is exquisite.
The lighting of this image is crazy cool. I really like the ribbon and color layering effects along with the very clear black background.
I love the crisp and sharpness of the image. The colors have great range and interacts with the water well to create an aesthetically pleasing image.
what a great shot. the lighting being only on the paint. Excellent post processing by blacking out the background and keeping the ripples at the top.
1. The image is artistically fantastic, and I like the Colorado flag colors.
2. The physics are well shown.
3. The photographic technique is excellent and the post-processing to remove the fish tank and make the background black really improves the image.
Incredible!! The colors are amazing ! The light is excellent and the contrast is great.
Really interesting flow from the paint. Great mixture of colors. Nice detail and focus. Publishable quality. Background is a nice black. Makes the flow look more 3D.
I really like the different colors how they were dumped into the water at the same time. I enjoy how the paint does not just trail downward but at some parts seems to move upward. Very clean background. I would try and get rid of the reflection. Great photo though.
WOW! The colours and definition in this photo are absolutely stunning. The ribbon effect is really cool, and the contrast with the background really makes the image pop.
The quality and crispness of this photo is amazing. I love the colors and the weird shape. The contrast between the colors and the black background is gorgeous.
The contrast between the layered/ribbon effect of the paint and the infinite black background is what really makes this photo! You may consider cropping the top of the image downward just a little but such that you cannot see the reflection. Up to you though, very appealing image!
Fantastic image. The folds and contortions of the ribbon of paint (along with the shadows and bright areas) add an enormous amount of dimensionality to the image. The colors are beautiful and the contrast is stunning. I really like how the ribbon starts to break in certain points.
I love the slight mixture of color of the paint. A lot of awesome information is shown by the way the colors fold around each other. Amazing contrast and focus. Great photo, very well done.
The colors in this image are so vibrant and crisp! I really like how clean this image looks, the paint falling through the water against the black background looks fantastic.
Art: Really awesome colors, publishable quality
Flow: Very interesting that the paint stays in the ribbon for a long time
Technique: Really great contrast
Very vibrant colors, I like how the paint will not just fall straight into the water but twist and turn.
Whoa, what an image! My favorite part is actually the little bit of splash you can see at the top, and the streaming of the layers. Great work with the nice sharp black background and the bright, nonreflective colors.
