Artistically, I enjoyed this particular video because of the variety of colors and color mixture you get. The food coloring really makes it easy to follow the fluid flows of each color, making really beautiful and abstract patterns. Scientifically, it is fascinating to me how the dish soap reduces the surface tension and allows the dye to move around freely.
