Very cool. The colors are very full and saturated. I am a little worried that through post processing, some details in the image were lost due to them being blown out
I like how there are so many different cloud types captured. It’s interesting that this makes the details in the clouds stand out towards the back of the image. I also like how the silhouette is included.
Nice example of classic cumulus clouds. It does look like some detail may be lost in the highlights. I think it would be nice to have a little more of the ground so that the trees were connected to the mountain instead of floating in the bottom right.
I really like this photo! The puffy clouds look like the ones on the wallpaper in Toy Story ha. The variety of clouds is fascinating, from the tall, puffy stratocumulus clouds in the background to the wispy ones in the foreground. And the mountains imply the setting perfectly! Great work!
The mesh of the clouds bleeding into the bottom part of the image, it almost feels and looks like an oil painting by Bob Ross. I am very impressed by how this image is presented. The puffy cumulus clouds in the background make good scale comparisons considering it is quite massive. I do enjoy the contrast of blue in the image. With that said, I would say that an improvement would be to brighten the sky and bring out the blue to contrast the gray in the top left of the image. As for artistic merit, I mentioned that it is similar to an oil painting, and I can’t help but feel that it could very well be a painting. I would like to see what that day was lke when it was producing these clouds. Well done.
Art: I really like the contrast of cloud types between the smooth and the puffy cumulus clouds.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and easily recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus of the clouds is great, and the work done to take out the buildings is fantastic.
Great contrast. Very clear photo and I like the mountain silhouette.
The clouds are clearly the focus of the image, but the image itself could be in better focus. The bottom is nicely cropped/edited to not distract from the photo.
– Great photo, I like how there is a whispy sort of effect with the regular clouds.
– Not really distracting in any way.
1. Great image with interesting cloud formations.
2. The physics are well shown.
3. The photographic technique is nice.
Great contrast of two different of clouds. Very nice focus and catching.
Excellent job editing the distractions out of the image, and beautiful blue color.
I really like the cloud that is up close, however it is a little blurry. The clouds in the background looks really nice.
Nice clouds, and good editing the foreground/horizon, really puts the focus on the clouds. There seems to be some detail lost on the highlights and the white balance seems a bit blue.
The rain clouds in foreground with the addition of the cumulus in the background make this photo awesome. Great cumulus cloud foundation with the crisp blue sky.
It looks like the clouds from toy story, i like the focus and it’s a very interesting cloud formation.
Nice focus and contrast on the clouds. Possibly consider cropping out the tree in the bottom left it distracts a little. The wisps over the mountain add a nice effect.
Nice deep blues. I also like the dark silhouette and the full range from white to black.
I really like the two different types of clouds shown in this image. Both represent interesting cloud phenomena and separate the image nicely. Good touch up on blacking out the mountains.
I really like the clouds in the background and the silhouette of the mountains on the bottom. The cloud in the front doesn’t look quite fully resolved.
Not quite in focus but good contrast and interesting physics.
Great tint of blue throughout the image. I like how you were able to capture multiple types of clouds. Good contrast. No distracting elements.
Nice photo, good clean crisp focus. Interesting contrast between the clouds in the foreground and the clouds in the background. Very aesthetically pleasing photo.
I really like how the front of the image is a separate cloud from the clouds in the background. It is a cool contrast and makes you feel like you are within the could in the image.
