The distinct shape of the flame and contrast from the dark background makes this image really interesting. It almost looks like pop/op art with the strong lines.
I think this image is post-processed a little bit too extreme, I wish it was a little more true to life so I could know what was going on more. I love the concept though!

Very interesting shape, it has some kind of evil feel to it.
The over exposure of the flame is interesting to look at and gives to a cool effect.
