This image captures the density difference between three liquids; water, oil, and dish soap. With a CD underneath a glass pan containing the three liquids, a rainbow hue is produced under the right light to give this image a vibrant background. With this colorful background, the oil and dish soap can be seen. The dish soap is more dense than water, so it sinks to the bottom of the glass pan, leaving an abstract texture. The oil is less dense than water, so it floats above, creating the ‘bubble’ effect.

This image is incredible and I love the colors overall well done!
I love the fact that the bubbles are so sharp! This is a great wallpaper for a phone or computer I think.
This is a gorgeous photo with spectacular focus and colors!
This image captures the density difference of these three liquids very beautifully. I love how the viewer can differentiate between the different liquids along the rainbow created from the CD.
The setup for this photo is really creative, but also the focus is really clean and let’s us see the bubbles really clearly. Also I really like the mirror effect of the rainbow in some of the bubbles.
I’m amazed by how sharp it is, great job on the focus!
