This image was created by extracting the ink from a highlighter and mixing it with bubble fluid. After blowing the bubbles they were caught with the bubble wand so they can stack up on each other and then flipped over and then shined over a homemade UV light to get a glowing effect on the bubbles from the highlighter fluid.

I like the contrast between the dark hues of the red and black in the background and then the bright green from the homemade UV light. I also like how you have the smaller bubbles in focus in the middle with another group of smaller bubbles out of focus in the foreground the combination of the two adds a nice depth to the photo.

I like the contrast between the bright green and dark purple background. The interfaces between the bubbles are also interesting with all the smaller bubbles.

I like the green coloring seen on the surface of the bubbles. It adds more depth to the image.

The chosen colors really give life to the picture! The focus is spot on and is clearly showcasing the fluid mechanics of the bubble interacting with each other. I really like the ambient sci-fi feel to it!

  • I really like the geometry the bubbles create. It is surprisingly symmetrical.

I love the colors of the background and the highlights of the bubbles. I like how you can see the intersections of the bubbles. I also like the galaxy-looking color formation in the bottom left corner bubble.
