Skew-T plot from Grand Junction, CO–west and over the Rocky Mountains from where this photo was taken–does not show the inversion creating low cloud cover.

Skew-T plots from Dodge City, Kansas and North Platte, Nebraska — both located east of Boulder across plains — show more inversion near ground level.

    This is such a great image! I love the framing of this photo. I think the diagonal boundary between the clouds and the ground looks really cool.

    I really like this photo! I thought the cropping was excellent to frame the clouds. The color contrast is very appealing!
