I really like the contrast in this photo! I like how much detail that you were able to capture. Great work!

I love the contrast between the horizon and the clouds! There is also a strong sense of horizontal lines giving the image a very collected and organized feel, which contrasts slightly with the puffiness of the clouds. Great range of colours!

I may be slightly bias to this photo because grand county is home for me, but I love this photograph! The Panoramic(chairlift) gives the photo a sense of scale. The rolling clouds behind the mountains are something I have always been fascinated by. The photo would only be improved with blue sky in the background, which is out of the photographers control.

The blinding white is very well complimented by the dark landscape. I like the detail captured. I feel like I could run up and jump into those.

I love the way you have captured the layering of the clouds from the opposite angle that most of us see the clouds everyday from Boulder. The textures and colors in the different cloud formations are pleasing to look at. And the main focus of the image is the wall of cumulus clouds building over the front range. There is a little noise in the center of the image, but I like your technique of taking this photograph through the sun roof. Great job!

I find the four distinct regions in this photo interesting: dark land topped by puffy cumulus then separated from darker cumulus clouds by blue sky. The proximity of the top of the white cumulus clouds to the land conveys the sense of being so high you’re in the clouds.

Super impressed that you were able to take this while driving. I like the mountains and how the depth of field is so large.

My only negative feed back would be controlling your zoom and maybe trying to keep your subject more at a reasonable distance. Really cool cloud formations and I appreciate the ski lift in the photo.

    1. Artistically the image is great and very “Colorado” with the ski lift shown.
    2. The flow is well demonstrated.
    3. The photographic technique matches well with the artistic outdoors, on-the-go nature of the image.

Bright white clouds look great against the darker mountain edge. Interesting perspective from the other side of the mountain pictures generally show.

I love how fluffy & puffy these clouds are! It makes me happy just to look at all the fluff. I love the colors of this as well. The earthy brown is beautiful & contradts well with the pale blue. Then the bright white clouds & the grey ones on top bring it all together perfectly!

I love the ski lift in the image! It seems a bit blurry but I like the fluffiness of the clouds

Cool photo. I like how the foreground is right up in front of the towering cumulus clouds. Focus is very good. Framing is nice.

Cool fluffy clouds peering over the mountains. I like the dark clouds in the foreground at the top of the image. Interesting how the whiter clouds have a very different texture than the other clouds.

These clouds look so fluffy! It’s an interesting contrast between the light/fluffy clouds and the daunting dark clouds above.

I like the contrast of the image with the huge cumulus clouds behind the mountains and the darker clouds on your side of the divide. The mountains tops really make this image in my opinion.

nice perspective of the clouds. gives you the feel as if you are above them even though i know the photo was taken from down in the valley. picture is still sharp for being zoomed in all the way.

Well done with the contrast between the foreground and the bright white clouds. A few distracting pieces, such as the ski lift in the foreground. ISO appears a bit high, as there is some graininess in the upper portion left portion of the photo.

Backside of the cloud wall. Interesting flow and depth of clouds can be seen clearly. Unique image.

Good poofy clouds, pretty pleasant looking cumulus clouds. The ski lift is a cool point of reference. Nice representation of fluid flow.

Art: The color contrast between the mountain background and the bright white clouds is fantastic.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and easily recognized.
Photographic technique: The depth of field that was used in this piece is great. It includes both the mountain ridge and the clouds. Well done
