Nice image, may have benefited from more post processing
The focus is really well done and the flame is beautiful. The texture of the ice is nice as well.
Nicely focused, and beautiful dramatic demonstration of color!
Great framing, this image is nicely weighted.
Great darkening and flame resolution. I think the rough iceball texture is really nicely captured!
The motion of the flame is beautiful. The dark around the ice ball is a nice effect.
The flame is nicely captured. The image has good focus. Cool idea
I really dig the ice and fire. If you wanted a purple flame and didn’t get it just change it post processing. Nice framing and overall really aesthetically pleasing.
I like the sweep of the flame around the left side of the ice. Very cool image
Really like the ice cube creating a boundary layer that the flame stays away from. I’ve also never seen such straight lines on the flames either. Pretty interesting to me.
Great framing, the direction of the flame draws the eye along it and towards the ice. The colors are very warm and create a strong aesthetic, and the flame has slight motion blur, which indicates its movement.
The additional texture on the ice adds some extra detail. Overall it is a great image, the exposure time gives just enough blur to the flame.
Nice image. The flame is very time resolved and has good focus.
Your decision to include motion blur of the flame and the static presence of the ice ball result in a stark contrast that is pleasing to look at. The ice ball appears to have been a flaming rock in this image that lost its flame.
I like the framing in this image. The way the flame illuminates the ice and the rough ground looks really nice. The flame looks a little blurry, but I’m not sure if that was what you were going for or not.
I like the different textures, especially the contrast between the fire and ice. Maybe a little grainy, but overall nice image!
Nice image, the fire and ice thing is really cool. There could be more color in the image however.
Really nice. I like the contrast. The surface of the flames are real cool. Is there a crossflow? Why does it go to the left?
I like how you captured the melted puddle and the space between the ice and the flame. It’s crisp and clearly represented.
Good focus and color in the image. It feels like the flame is cut off prematurely on the right side, did you crop the image? Maybe bringing back that small bit on the right side would help complete the image.
It would be interesting to do this experiment in a controlled environment to minimize the effect of the wind on the flame.
Really different feel from the other ice ball image, the flame is resolved really well and the natural colors are really cool.
I really like this image. It reminds me a lot of a comet burning up in space. Focus is great and contrast range appears to be great too. Nice work.
Reminds me of those 5 gum commercials. I love the sharp contrast of the fire and ice. The ISO may have been a little high, since the image is kinda grainy.
