I decided to try a timelapse video for my Clouds First submission. This was shot on a GoPro Hero8, taking images every 5s on a tripod. I believe the lower clouds are stratocumulus at about 6500ft, while the clouds moving above those are cirrus, near 16,500ft. A CAPE value of 6.15 implies this atmosphere is mostly stable.

Keeping the landscape in the final image was a good choice. It really adds to the overall image.
Awesome video David! The motion of the clouds are mesmorizing
You have a 22 degree halo in your cirrostratus! Bravo!
