Really great shallow focus here! It really draws the eye to the drop since it has such a sharp focus to contrast the background. The shadows of the leaf also contribute to drawing the eye to the droplet. It even seems like the top of the bamboo on the left has a diagonal leading line directed at the drop!

I think the sharp highlight on the water droplet and soft shadow on the background work really well together.
