Oil on top of water which is repelled by soap on a toothpick. The oil is repelled because the soap breaks the surface tension in the water.

Great video! I am fascinated by how the oil disperses in a circular fashion but then comes back in through a non-circular fashion
I think the angle of the light provides a great sense of the layering between the oil and water!
