The relevant Skew-T diagram is seen below, taken from UCAR Wyoming’s evening measurement in Grand Junction from the same date. According to the diagram, pictured is a semi-stable atmosphere resulting in the cumulus clouds mixed with the visible virga trails from precipitation.
