Lightning storms on a distant planet. I love the whispy blue of the curacao, and the space in between. The lighting is doing some interesting things inside the dish, so that could maybe be controlled a little better with positioning/diffusion.

Good image, nice colors. It looks like a planet – you conveyed the cosmic planet effect. I was going to comment on improving the focus, but I can actually see a lot of detail in the glowing veins.

It reminds me of an eye scan or a sun spectroscope.
    Gorgeous color inversion!

The colors and the flows inside the dish are really interesting. I like how the mixing is shown well. The color inversion was a good idea, this really made it pop. I also like how the photo is focused well and on a dark background.

I like this image a lot. Really reminds me of Mars. The color is good here, but the focus could use a little work, but otherwise a nice image!

Super cool and abstract. No idea what I’m looking at. Seems sci fi to me. Lighting, focus, colors and composition are all great. Nice job.

There is a lot going on here. The color inversion makes for a nice effect. I don’t quite understand what each different aspect is caused by.

Excellent framing. The purple streak on the outer edge is really pretty. Feels like I’m looking at a petri dish under a microscope.

The image evokes a cosmic or planetary aesthetic, reminds me of Mars. The flow is a bit hard to see, but it does create a strong aesthetic.

This is very interesting. The complexity of the flow is reminiscent of a gaseous planet.

This is really cool. Very planetary feel to it, the bubbles almost look like craters. The color inversion was a great choice.

I think the color inversion really makes this image stand out. The mixing shown in this image is also really interesting, wouldn’t change anything, well done.

I wonder what causes the standing waves. The post processing makes for a really cool looking photo, but I’m not sure if it obscures the flow or not.

  • Looks very moon-like or as if there is some atmospheric effect of a planet on the top right which gives it an interesting aesthetic, good job with the exposure and subtle color differences

I really like how the light interacts with this image, and the editing is really well as well! The flow itself is mysterious, so I like knowing how the physics worked with this!
