A stream of coffee pouring from a pot to a cup. You can see the phenomenon known as elliptical axis switching as the stream appears thin and thicken.

Beautiful color. However you set up the lighting and background made it come out very clean. Perhaps there is a way you could set it up so as to fill your frame more. I wasn’t sure if the grain was just from cropping or from lack of light. Really nice work though!

I really like the composition of this image, the simplicity and the background really focuses the viewer on the fluid mechanics, and how the stream seems be changing in thickness.

I like your use of the flashlight to illuminate the stream. I like the way it highlights parts of the coffee and the pot.

I quite like how the edge of the glass almost blends with the coffee stream and takes a moment to tell where the glass ends and coffee begins. I think it was a good call to leave the pot cropped in the picture.

I think the golden color of the coffee looks good against the black background. I also think the portrait crop of the photo is a good choice for the overall aesthetics.
